I am a private live-out landlord. The room I have available is a middle floor double room located in my house in Dragon Road, Hatfield.

The cost of rental is for a couple sharing the room, for single occupancy the cost of rental is £835.00 per calendar month (all bills are included in the rental price).

This room is available to professionals or students who are aged 25 years of age or above.

Unlimited broadband is available at the house.

There is a large kitchen/diner which is equipped with an oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washer dryer, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery, cooking pots and utensils. I have a full time cleaner who, on a weekly basis, cleans all the shared areas within the house. My friendly team also maintain the house and private garden. Parking is available..

The bedroom is fully furnished with a comfortable double bed, a bedside cabinet, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair, TV point. There is also a washbasin in the room.
