I am a private live-out landlord with a large ground floor single room (with washbasin in the room) available to rent in my house in Poppy Walk.

All bills are included in the rental price - gas, electricity, water, Council Tax, TV License, broadband.

This room is available to a professional or mature student aged 25 years of age or above.

The house has high speed broadband.

There is a large kitchen diner. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washer dryer, microwave, kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils and saucepans. I have a cleaner who, on a weekly basis, cleans all the shared areas within the house, my friendly team also maintain the house and private garden.

Parking is available.

The bedroom is fully furnished with a comfortable bed, a bedside cabinet, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair, there is a washbasin in the room, and there is a TV point.
