We're right on the doorstep of College Lane Campus, with the shopping centers and groceries withing walking distance. Not that you'll walk, seeing as your new roommates have cars. Hello! We're looking for a roommate to share with, we have a large kitchen with a washing machine and a tumble drier that you'd be more than welcome to use. Street parking available. Shared bathroom and toilet.

We have a garden that used to be beautiful but kinda got out of hand when summer hit. We'll have it under control soon. The double is way larger than the price suggests. Both rooms have desks, mirrors and wardrobes (or a storage solution).

The lounge is well sized, we've put a TV, three xbox's and a high speed router in there that you're welcome to use. PS4 users need not apply. ;)

The current tenants are Student Paramedic couple, we're into cosplay, LARP, Gaming and working unpaid for the ambulance service. We also have a terrible sense of humor. Please note the property may be unsuitable for people with physical disabilities.
