Location and transport
The house is located in a private estate next to the grounds of historic Hatfield House (entrance is free for the residents). It is a 2 minute walk to Hatfield train station, from where the train is only 25 minutes to King’s Cross or 45 minutes to Moorgate. There are two pubs, two small shops and a few takeaways within three or four minutes’ walk, and it is under 10 minutes by bike or car to Asda/Tesco and the University of Hertfordshire.

I am looking for a female professional or mature student who is respectful, considerate, clean and tidy.
It is not a party house and the area is very quiet and I would expect the person to treat the house like their own home.

Strictly not for dirty, noisy, disrespectful and inconsiderate people please.
