There is a double bedroom available in this wonderful fully furnished two bed two bath flat (third floor) for £600 (water bills are included in the rent) as flatmate leaving soon. The total rent is £1200 and I will be paying remaining £600 towards the rent. I am asking for a nice housemate on this website as my present flatmate is relocating because he got a new job elsewhere. Considering this, you will be taking over an existing tenancy agreement which is left with 6 more months. Thereafter, we have an option to continue on the tenancy based on the current circumstances/situation.
The flat is situated near the business park and within close proximity to local shops (2 mins from Aldi, subway, dominoes) and amenities. This property is located conveniently for the University of Hertfordshire, business park and the galleria shopping centre. Very close to the Hatfield train station and a very big Asda/town centre within 10-15 min walking distance. The building is very secure with double security gates to enter the premises. The flat comprises of an ultra modern kitchen, a contemporary living area leading to a balcony. Outside, there is one allocated parking bay, along with one guest parking space.
We can divide electricity and gas bill which is usually £50 (as water bills are included in the rent). Total monthly cost would be approximately £630-£650 (including bills).
Both the bedrooms are equally sized and it is a completely furnished flat, and it has got big wardrobes in both the bedrooms. Your room would be an ensuite and I’ll be having access to the family bathroom.
About myself, I am a professional, also studying part time. I am a very clean and tidy person and would want someone who is happy helping me to maintain this flat in a clean and tidy condition at all times. I am a vegetarian, and I have got no preference from the person sharing. I like personal privacy and would be giving the other person the same.
