Description
The room is a large double and will have access to the main bathroom which is not used by me as I have an en suite!. The flat is in the Town Centre Hatfield so has instant access to shops and all amenities. I’m quite a tidy person and expect my flatmate to respect this also. I have a cleaner coming every week or every fortnight and will ask her to clean your room and bathroom as well.
The reason I have specified preferably a female is that through past experiences with female flat mates they tend to be more domesticated and as I will be travelling a lot I need to feel comfortable that the flat will be looked after.
