Room in modern student house

The room contains a single bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair. Also on the ground floor is a living room and separate fully equipped modern kitchen including washer-dryer, electric cooker and separate fridge and freezer. Upstairs there is a bathroom with shower over the bath, and 3 further bedrooms. These will be occupied from September by 3 UH students. There is a garden, with patio to the back, and parking for 2 cars on the front drive. We have recently reduced the price of this room to £345 per month.
