Double Ensuite Room to Rent in Hatfield

I am a private live-out landlord with a middle floor double ensuite room (for single occupancy only) available to rent in my house in Oaklands Wood in Hatfield, close to Asda, Hatfield Town Centre and Hatfield mainline railway station.

Although this is a double room, please note it is only available for single occupancy to a professional or student who is aged 25 years of age or above.

All bills are included in the rental price. Unlimited high speed broadband is available at the house.

There is a large kitchen diner equipped with an oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer, washer dryer, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, crockery and cutlery. I have a full time cleaner who, on a weekly basis, cleans all the shared areas within the house. The house and private garden are maintained by my friendly team.

The bedroom is fully furnished with a comfortable double bed, a bedside cabinet, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair, there is a TV point in the bedroom. The private ensuite has a shower, toilet and washbasin in it.

Parking is available either by way of an allocated parking space or on-road parking.
