I am a private live-out landlord with a ground floor single room (with private shower and wash basin in the room) available to rent in my house in Dragon Road.

This room is available to a professional or student who is aged 25 years of age and above.

All bills are included in the rental price, includes gas, electricity, water, Council Tax, broadband and TV license.
Broadband is available in the house.

My friendly team fully maintain the house and private garden.
I have a full time cleaner who, on a weekly basis, cleans the shared areas within the house. There is a large kitchen/diner with a cooker, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washer dryer, microwave, kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery, cooking pots and utensils.

The bedroom is fully furnished with a comfortable bed, a bedside cabinet, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair. Private shower and washbasin in the room. There is also a TV point in the room. Please note there is no toilet in this room, there is a shared toilet on the ground floor, and also another toilet in the shared bathroom on the first floor.

Parking is available.
