Single Room in Homely house

I’m looking for a friendly and animal loving female room mate to rent a room in my house.

The room is a single and includes a single bed, two shelves, a desk and a mirror. The house is fully furnished, including a washing machine and dishwasher. We have sky tv, netflix, Amazon prime, Disney Plus and loads of other add ons!

The house has a spacious garden with a BBQ, outdoor seating and a swing chair. There is also a conservatory, kitchen, dining area and living room, with a newly refurbished bathroom complete with both bath and shower. All areas of the house are communal, except for the bedrooms.

An animal lover is essential, as there is very exuberant sheepdog living here as well!
