I am a live-out landlord with a top floor double ensuite room available to rent in my house in The Runway in Hatfield.

The room is available to a professional or mature student aged 30 years of age or above. The room would be more suitable to a new male tenant.

All bills are included in the rental price - gas, electricity, water, Council tax, TV license, broadband

High speed broadband is available.

The house is fully furnished with a kitchen diner that is equipped with an oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washer dryer, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, all crockery and cutlery, saucepans and utensils. I have a full time cleaner who, on a weekly basis, cleans all the shared areas within the house.

Both the house and private garden are fully maintained by my friendly team.

On-street parking is available.

The bedroom is fully furnished with a comfortable double bed, a bedside cabinet, chest of drawers, wardrobe, desk and chair. There is a TV point in the bedroom. The private ensuite has a toilet, shower and washbasin in it.
