Double Ensuite Room to Rent in Hatfield

I am a private live-out landlord with a top floor double ensuite room available for rental in my house in Poppy Walk in Hatfield.

PLEASE NOTE THAT ALTHOUGH THIS IS A DOUBLE ROOM, IT IS ONLY AVAILABLE FOR SINGLE OCCUPANCY, TO A PROFESSIONAL, WHO IS AGED 30 YEARS OF AGE OR ABOVE.

All bills are included in the rental price and there is no minimum rental term.

The house is fully furnished. I have a full time cleaner who, on a weekly basis, cleans all the shared areas within the house, and my friendly team maintain the house and private garden.

There is a large kitchen diner equipped with an oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washer dryer, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery, saucepans and cooking utensils.

The bedroom is fully furnished with a comfortable double bed, a bedside cabinet, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair. The private ensuite has a shower, toilet and washbasin in it. There is also a TV point in the bedroom, the TV licence is included in the rental price.
