This is an extra spacious double En-suite room that available. Viewing is a MUST as the room is now much larger that what you can see on the photos.

All our houses are Professional House Shares with Friendly Atmosphere preferably looking to accommodate working professionals. However, we may consider students on a case-by-case basis. (Minimum age 24.)

All bills are inclusive, council tax, gas water, electricity, and Internet.

2-3 people sharing 2 toilets and 1 shower, as others have their en-suites.

Washer / Dryer machine (free to use)
Dishwasher
2 ovens with grill (College Lane 1 oven only)
Cocker hood extractor fan
Microwave oven
Kettle (sometimes toaster)
2 x fridge freezers
Living room (in some but not all houses)

TRANSPORT / SHOPPING
There are several bus stops 2-3 min walk from the house. Grocery Stores area also around 10 minutes walk.

Our houses are decorated and looked after to a reasonably high quality.

We offer a smaller double room for a short-term stay at £30 per night (Minimum Stay 30 nights) Must book and pay well in advance if you want it for the next 30 days. If you do not book for the next 30 days, we may accept another booking for a different guest to stay. Please book early to avoid disappointment. - This room is not always available all the time, please enquire at booking.
