Looking for a friendly & clean female flatmate to share my lovely flat with a newly refurbished bathroom - professional ideally but happy to have a student.
Room is furnished with ottoman bed (with storage underneath), desk, chair, chest of drawers and a built in wardrobe.
All bills are included (including council tax, fast internet, water and energy bills).
Shared living room, kitchen and bathroom (with shower and bath). Parking on street.
Reduced rent if Sunday night to Friday morning let. Also happy to take on a short-term let with weekly payments.
