Looking for a friendly & clean female flatmate to share my lovely flat with a newly refurbished bathroom - professional ideally but happy to have a student.
Room is furnished with ottoman bed (with storage underneath), desk, chair, tallboy chest of drawers and a built in wardrobe.
All bills are included (including council tax, fast internet, water and energy bills).
Shared living room, kitchen and bathroom (with shower and bath). Parking on/off street. Monthly cleaner.
Reduced rent if Sunday night to Friday morning let. Also happy to take on a short-term let with weekly payments.
A bit about myself - I work full-time from home, laid back, enjoy cooking and socialising but also understand that everyone needs downtime as do I. Happy to be flexible regarding your needs, just let me know!
