I am a private live-out landlord with a double ensuite room available to rent in my house in Queen Bee Court in Hatfield.

The rental price is for a couple sharing the room, for single occupancy the cost of rental is £895.00 per calendar month.

This room is available to professional or students who are aged 25 years of age or above.

All bills are included in the rental price.

Unlimited high speed broadband is available at the house and is included in the rental price.

There is a large kitchen diner which is equipped with an oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washer dryer, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery, saucepans and cooking utensils. I have a full time cleaner who, on a weekly basis, cleans all the shared areas within the house. My friendly team also maintain the house and private garden. Parking is available.

The bedroom is fully furnished with a comfortable bed, a bedside cabinet, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair. The private ensuite has a shower, toilet and washbasin.
There is also a TV point in the bedroom.
