Very close to shops and University. Its opposite Tesco Express on Bishops Rise. The house is 200 meters from University of Hertfordshire Halls of Residence at Roberts Way. This house is opposite Hill Top shopping centre with a parade of shops including a post office, food take away and a supermarket. There is a 24 hour petrol station a 100 meters away.

The house is close to all amenities including food outlets, a mini supermarket and a post office that are 200 meters away.

Large front & rear gardens. A huge rear garden with table & chairs is also provided. This house is fully furnished with Washing Machine, Fridge/Freezer, Cooker, Microwave, Kettle & Toaster.

Rooms have been recently painted & decorated. This offer is bills excluded but can be included for a little higher price.
