I am a private live-out landlord. The room I have available to rent is a middle floor double room located in my house in Queen Bee Court, Hatfield.

ALTHOUGH THIS IS A DOUBLE ROOM, IT IS ONLY AVAILABLE FOR SINGLE OCCUPANCY, NO COUPLES.

THIS ROOM IS AVAILABLE TO A PROFESSIONAL AND STUDENT WHO IS AGED 25 YEARS OF AGE OR ABOVE.

All bills are included in the rental price.

Broadband is available at the house.

There is a large kitchen/diner which is equipped with an oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washer dryer, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery, cooking pots and utensils. I have a full time cleaner who, on a weekly basis, cleans all the shared areas within the house. My friendly team also maintain the house and private garden. Parking is available.

The bedroom is fully furnished with a comfortable double bed, a bedside cabinet, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair, TV point. There is also a washbasin in the room.
