ALTHOUGH THIS IS A DOUBLE ROOM, IT IS ONLY AVAILABLE FOR SINGLE OCCUPANCY, TO A PROFESSIONAL OR MATURE STUDENT, AGED 25 YEARS OF AGE OR ABOVE.
All bills are included in the rental price, including gas, electricity, water, Council Tax, TV license, broadband.
High speed broadband is available at the house.
The house is fully furnished, with a kitchen diner that is equipped with an oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washer dryer, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, crockery and cutlery.
I have a full time cleaner who, on a weekly basis, cleans all shared areas within the house. Both the house and private garden are maintained by my friendly team.
Parking is available.
The bedroom is fully furnished with a comfortable double bed, bedside cabinet, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair, washbasin. There is a TV point in the bedroom.
