Single room in a shared house

All bills included fully fitted kitchen with fridge freezer microwave, washer dryer. There is one bathroom in the property with a WC and a separate WC. Sharing with 3 males and 1 female. All working. The house if kept very clean and tidy by the tenants therefore this room is only suitable to tenants who are naturally clean and tidy and prepared to do some of the cleaning. Additional furniture can be provided if necessary, for example, a desk and chair.
