The house is on a walking distance from Collage lane campus- University of Hertfordshire and with free bus services to De Havilland. The house is also on a walking distance from local shops.
The house has many benefits to offer including 2 car parking, double glazing and a huge garden. There is also a small communal sitting area and a kitchen with cupboards for each tenant. The kitchen includes a washer dryer & cooker.
There are 5 bedrooms, 3 double and 2 single rooms, all bedrooms are lockable and have additional features of their own key-safe outside each door.
