We're a pair of working professionals based in Hatfield, and we're looking for a new flatmate to share our awesome living space. Situated right in the heart of Hatfield Town Centre, our flat boasts convenient access—it's just a 10-minute stroll from the station, and Asda is practically on our doorstep!

We're offering up a spacious double room in our flat, ready for you to move in starting from June 1st. Trust us, this place is a gem, featuring a large living room, a fantastic kitchen, and a well-appointed bathroom—all fully furnished for your comfort.

Now, about the financials: given our central location, council tax runs a tad higher than usual, at £67.5 per month. Additionally, bills and Wi-Fi costs will vary based on usage, averaging around £50 per person each month. As for the rent, it's £1550 per month for the flat, which, split between the three of us, comes to £517 per month.
