Female student house looking for a housemate

Hi! We're three female students at the university of Hertfordshire, and we're looking for one more girl to join us to rent a house together for the next academic year (and we hope to stay there for 2-3 more years, so if you're looking for a longer term rent, thats a plus). We're friendly, tidy, mature (we're 24 and 34, in first years of a PhD and a bachelor's course respectively).

We're looking for another tidy, considerable student to join us (for council tax purposes it's best of you're a student, otherwise you'd need to pay tax for the whole house yourself).

The house has four bedrooms, a bathroom with a toilet and a shower on ground floor, a separate toilet and a separate bathroom with a bath in two stairs flights. There is also a nice sized kitchen, a conservatory and a livingroom, as well as a garden. There is a space in front of the house for one car to park in case if you need it.

We often socialise together, go on on picnics, dance classes and film nights, but also there's no need to join if you don't feel like it, one of us is introverted and we understand :) We also often need to study in the evenings and don't throw big parties and generally respect each others' space and quiet time, so we're hoping to find someone with similar preferences.

The house contract starts on the 15th of September, there are 10 and 12 months contracts available. The house is on Northdown road near Hilltop, ~8 minutes walk from college lane campus.
