Spacious Double Bedroom - Hatfield

We are looking for a female flatmate for a 6 bedroom house which you'll share with 5 other girls. We will all be moving into the property in September and are missing a flatmate.

The bedroom is the largest in the house with plenty of free space, although it's not an ensuite. There is 1 shower, 1 bath and 2 toilets.

We are very clean people and expect our future roommate to clean up after themselves to maintain the house.

We are accepting of LGBTQ+ and will not tolerate any discriminatory opinions one might hold.

We're all made up of creative students so our hobbies pertain to that and we love doing group events such as watching movies or having clay sessions.

Regardless, we're full-time students so we will be busy with classes and assignments most of our time.

Additional bills will be around £77 a month with unlimited gas, water and electricity.

We are still sorting out WiFi but it shouldn't be more than an additional £7 a month.

As we are students we are exempt from council tax but I've listed it below.
