Looking for a student in an all girl house

Our spacious house has a lovely kitchen and living area along with its own laundry area and spacious garden. Everyone in the flat is also lovely and they’re very friendly people and will be incredibly accommodating. They’re all animation and film students and are all very creative.

You will need a guarantor to be able to lease here. The house is preferably for female tenants.

Bills are not included and are an extra £84 pcm. The house is situated quite near the Galleria and close enough to Asda. It’s also a 15 minute walk from the college lane campus as well as dehav. The house also has two toilets, one shower and one bath.
