We have a houseshare in a traditional (homely) style house in Hatfield business park.

Previous housemates have gone on to become friends after Regular dinners together and various things when socialising.
We don't have any silly Draconian rules, just basic common sense and expectations for everyone to treat the place like home and care for it accordingly.

The property has 2 bathrooms with toilets, There is also a separate toilet downstairs. The rent includes all bills, gas, electricity, water, council tax, tv licence and Wi-Fi.

Upstairs:

Bedroom 1: double bed, wardrobe, desk and chair. Window and view to garden.

Bedroom 2: single bed, wardrobe, Window and view to front.

Bathroom with bath and shower.

Downstairs:
Bedroom 3: large double room with double bed, orthopedic mattress, sliding door wardrobe, desk, ergonomic chair. French doors leading directly onto garden.

Downstairs WC. With sink.

Bedroom x. Double or Twin room with en suite.
Available with double bed or Two single beds. Fitted wardrobe. Window and view to garden. En suite has shower cubicle. This room will be available from mid November at 800.

Living room (lounge), with large leather sofas, new (2024) 4k lg TV, storage cupboard.

Kitchen with fridge freezer, microwave, air fryer, washing machine.
Lots of cupboard space.

Garden with lots of space to relax. Low/no maintenance.

The property is well located near local amenities. The town centre and the train station are within walking distance.

University of Hertfordshire = 5 min walk
David Lloyd gym = 4 minutes

There is a bus stop very near with regular buses to:
Train station,
St Albans,
Welwyn garden city,
Luton,
London Barnet, (reaches there in just 25 minutes), London Queensbury.
