We are all students from different courses like Criminal Law, Music and Aerospace Engineering and would prefer someone who is a student at the university.
The property is located right behind the campus and it is just a walkable distance to all the buildings at College Lane.
ASDA and Aldi are just a 20-30min walk from the property and the Galleria is just down the road.
**UK Guarantor Required**
If no guarantor, then you can either get a guarantorship or pay the whole 11 months rent upfront.
**BILLS NOT INCLUDED** as we are looking to split the bills among the 5 of us since it is cheaper.
