The apartment is located near Aldi within a gated community. Full security assured. We have a two bed flat, in which ensuite is occupied by my family. The other double room with the main bathroom can be used by other tenant. Room is furnished with wardrobes, cot and mattress, table. Kitchen and living area can be shared. Wifi available. Bills are shared and maximum £30 per person. Apartment available from February 1st. Public transport easily available. Near to Galleria, Asda, llyods gym. looking for social, kind, clean roommate.
