Female student house looking for a housemate

Hi! We're three female students studying at the university of Hertfordshire, and we're looking for one more girl to join us to rent a house together for the next academic year. We're friendly, tidy, mature (we are 20, 25 and 35, doing undergraduate and postgraduate courses).

We're looking for another tidy, considerable student to join us (for council tax purposes it's best if you're a student, otherwise you would have to pay tax for the whole house yourself).

The house has four bedrooms, a bathroom with a toilet and a shower on the ground floor, a separate toilet on the first floor and a separate bathroom with a bath on the third floor. There is also a nice sized kitchen, a conservatory and a living room, as well as a garden. There is a space in front of the house for one car to park in case if you need it.

We often need to study in the evenings and don't throw big parties and generally respect each others space and quiet time, so we're hoping to find someone with similar preferences.

The house contract starts on 15th June 2025 and finishes on 15th July 2026. The house is on Northdown road near Hilltop, ~ 8 minutes walk from college lane campus.

The single bedroom that is available is on the 4th floor (the top floor). It has plenty storage space, a comfortable single bed, 2 desks with chairs, a rocking chair, good lighting, a radiator and chest of draws.
