I plan to move out so I want to sublet my room in Hatfield (25 minutes by train from London Kingcross)
The room is fully furnished.

📍 Location: about 3-5 minutes walk from University of Hertfordshire - College lane campus, about 7 minutes to Shuttle - Todd building.

📍Double room in a house with 5 bedrooms. My room is on the 1st floor, near the kitchen, toilet on the opposite side (usually only you will use it because there is only 1 room on the 1st floor which is my room). The remaining 4 rooms are on the 2nd floor so we rarely see each other, but everyone is very nice and supportive.

📍The room has big window. The furniture is fully set up and the mattress has been newly replaced, so you can rest assured about the quality. The house is fully equipped with amenities such as washing machine, oven, microwave, air fryer, etc. My flatmates have been here for over 2 years, so everyone can rest assured about the house's equipment and the landlord is very easy-going.

📍: 700m from the house there is a Tesco supermarket, Morrison; near the house there are many restaurants, there is also milk tea, etc.

🔖 I'm leaving the sublet for £500/month. Priority is given to those who want to rent for the whole term, those who are interested, please message me to discuss further.
