Looking for a respectful student, preferably female (we prefer a female flatmate as all the other flatmates are female), aged 18–25, to join a friendly, clean, and tidy household just a 5-minute walk from De Havilland Campus and within walking distance of College Lane (University of Hertfordshire). This well-presented house features:

*A furnished medium-sized room (Room 2) with a double bed, wardrobe, desk, chair, chest of drawers, and curtains.*

*Three bathrooms: One ensuite; the remaining two are shared between two tenants each.*

*A spacious open-plan kitchen with fitted kitchen units, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, oven, hob, extractor fan, and microwave. You will have your own cupboard and drawers to store your dry food and pots/pans, including your own space in the fridge*.

*Broadband included in utilities – new provider to be chosen in September when the current contract ends (11th Sep).*

*Location perks: Just a few minutes from De Havilland/College Lane campus, Corner shops, Aldi, Asda, Hatfield town centre, and the Galleria. Close to multiple bus stops for easy transport links.*

*Rent: £512/month (bills are about £100/month including broadband).*

*No council tax (all tenants are students). Tenancy starts 29/07/2025 and ends 28/07/2026.*
