Looking For A Flatmate – Room With Bathroom

Hi! I’ll be moving into a brand-new 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment in Hatfield (close to the train station) and I’m looking for a buddy to share it with. The tenancy starts 15th September, so I’d love to find someone who can move in around then.

About the apartment:

Modern and very new building
2 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms (so you’d have your own bathroom)
Dishwasher
Washing machine
A lot of natural light


Great location near Hatfield train station

Parking slot available (could be rented out if not needed to help with bills)

The price of the room is 850 per month, just rent , bills are not included. Deposit is 850.

The room has a single bed, a desk and wardrobe. ( as shown in the picture)

About me:
I work full-time Monday–Friday. I exercise regularly and on weekends I like to travel, explore new places, or just relax at home. I’m social, Latin, respectful, clean, and easy to live with. Ideally, I’d like to get a cleaner once a week (or every two weeks) to keep the flat fresh.
