There are three good size bed room available in 4 bed room house with live in landlord, only one person landlord living into the property. We would ideally prefer group of people who are friends or single family and friends so they can coordinate with each other regarding cleaning and other stuff. Cleaning is must into the property and weekly cleaning will be monitored throughout by the live in landlord. The house is close to the university, train station and town Centre. Car parking require to pay for permit by the tenant. Garden to be maintained by the tenants. All rent including bills . Bills will be discussed at the viewing. it will be first come first serve basis. There are two bathrooms into the property upstairs and downstairs.
