Three Rooms on Dragon Road, Hatfield. August 2026

[Disclaimer: moving in is in August] I'm a current aerospace masters final year student who is looking for three new housemates to partner with to renew our contract (which currently expires on August 14th 2026). All my current housemates will be moing out/leaving before that date. I'm ideally looking for individuals who have recently graduated and/or employed in industry. A good level of English speaking is also desired.

This house is a lovely modern and cozy dwelling with a lounge that was converted from a garage, and has since been renovated. The cul-de-sac parking area outside is quiet, no major noises (so far). Inside, there are three medium/large-size bedrooms ranging from 7 - 10 sq metres (minimum width and length 2.2 m and 3 m respectively). One has its own ensuite. The cooker uses gas and electricity, and the house also comes with a hybrid washing machine and dryer. Heating works well and has a good energy rating, along with a clean bathroom with fast-heating shower.

Lastly the house has Band D as its registered council tax from Welwyn Hatfield.

The agency running the house is Strats UK, the one partnering with the University of Herts.
