Me & my friend are looking for 2 housemates, STRICTLY those studying at the University of Hertfordshire. We are quite self-contained & quiet and would prefer people like that. The monthly rent is based on room size:
Smaller rooms are £525 PPPM
And larger rooms ate £725 PPPM
(It won’t let me post the prices for some reason :’))
Also if you decide to settle down, you’ll be expected to pay a holding deposit of £156.20
We have got until the end of the month.
