Single room with all Bills incluided

A small single room in a house share with a lovely mix of occupants. The house is situated between Hatfield station (7 minutes walk) and the town center (8 minutes walk) and so it's very easy to get about if you do not have a car or commute to London for work. Current residents include a student and a PT, and we are also have two annoying cats for company. We would like to keep an even balance to the house so we are looking for a female professional to join the team. There is a shared lounge with a TV and we do all mingle, but at the same time everyone's privacy is respected.
