Hi guys! I’m looking for someone to replace me for the last 2 months of my tenancy as my job contract ends :) Here are the details below:
Single room with double bed and ensuite bathroom available from 1st
July to 27th August 2026 or 27th August 2027 in Hatfield. It is a
shared house with 3 other lovely guys.

Big wardrobe space
Property Features:
Shared kitchen with appliances, toaster, kettle etc.
Separate lounge room with big sofa and projector, can be connected to
HDMI to watch TV
High-speed WiFi

Location:
10 min walk from ALDI and harpsfield hall weatherspoons, 15 min walk to galleria
Rent:
731.10 per month, unlimited bills and WiFi included. Currently as I pay £96.35 for bills through bunch, I would request for this to be paid separately.
