Room in friendly 5-bed student house near Campus

Hello! We are a group of 4 friendly university students (2 male, 2 female) looking for a 5th housemate to join us in renting a spacious 5-bedroom house for the upcoming academic year (starting September).
About the house:
Location: AL10 8RA — fantastic location, just a 5-minute walk to College Lane Campus.
Rent: £525/month + bills (bills are usually around £60/month).
Layout: Two-storey house with a full bathroom upstairs, an additional toilet downstairs, and a very large garden. The house comes fully furnished.
Landlord: We have already rented from this landlord before, so we have a great relationship and the renting process will be smooth and hassle-free.
About us:
We are a close-knit, easy-going, and supportive group. We speak English and Russian/Ukrainian at home. We aren't a hardcore party house and respect study time, but we also aren't obsessed with perfect, clinical cleanliness — just standard, comfortable student living where everyone helps each other out.
Who we are looking for:
Ideally a fellow student (so the household remains Council Tax exempt). We want someone friendly and communicative who wants to be part of a warm house dynamic rather than just hiding in their room.
