Female student house - single room available

Hi! We're three female students studying at the university of Hertfordshire, and we're looking for one more girl to join us to rent a house together for the next academic year. We're friendly, tidy, mature (we are 18, 25 and 26, doing undergraduate and postgraduate courses).

We're looking for another tidy, considerable student to join us (for council tax purposes you need to be a student, otherwise you would have to pay tax for the whole house yourself).

The house has four bedrooms, a bathroom with a toilet and a shower on the ground floor, a separate toilet on the first floor and a separate bathroom with a bath on the second floor. There is also a god sized kitchen, a conservatory and a living room, as well as a garden. There is a space in front of the house for one car to park in case if you need it.

We often need to study in the evenings, don't throw big parties and generally respect each others space and quiet time, so we're hoping to find someone with similar preferences. We invite friends over and do film nights together, we're just on the quieter side :)

The house contract starts on 15th September 2026 and finishes on 15th July 2027. The house is on Northdown road near Hilltop, ~ 8 minutes walk from college lane campus. There is an option to get an individual contract for the two ummer months as well.

The single bedroom that is available is on the 4th floor (the top floor). It has plenty storage space, a comfortable single bed, 2 desks with chairs, a rocking chair, good lighting, a radiator and a chest of drawers.
