Hi, we're two boys (24 and 26) looking for a flatmate to join us in Aug. We have been here for two years after meeting on spareroom, but the third flatmate is moving away from the area so looking to replace him.
We are chilled out and separately go away most weekends so we are rarely all in at the same time. We do like our shared spaces kept clean so this is important.
