I am a private live-out landlord with a middle floor double room available to rent in one of my houses in Barlow Close in Hatfield.

Cost of rental for a couple sharing the room is £985.00 per calendar month, for single occupancy the cost of rental is £835.00 per calendar month.

All bills are included in the rental price - includes gas, electricity, water, Council Tax, broadband, TV license.

High speed broadband is available at the property.

The house is fully furnished, and the house and private garden are maintained by my friendly team. There is a kitchen diner equipped with an oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer, washer dryer, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, all crockery and cutlery. I have a full time cleaner who, on a weekly basis, cleans all the shared areas within the house.

The bedroom is fully furnished with a comfortable double bed, a washbasin, bedside cabinet, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair. There is also a TV point in the bedroom.
