I have been living in this house for almost one year, and I’ve been very comfortable here. The other tenants are really nice, friendly and respectful people, and the house has been a pleasant place to live. I’m only moving out because I have got a new job in another area and need to relocate closer to work. I would definitely recommend the room to someone looking for a comfortable and friendly house.

The room is a double room. The bathroom facilities are shared between the tenants. The house has two separate toilets — one on each floor — plus one shared bathroom/washroom, so there is good access to the facilities even during busy times.
