I am a private live-out landlord with a top floor single room, available to rent in my house in Barlow Close, Hatfield, within walking distance of Hatfield Business Park.

The room is available to a professional or mature student aged 25 years of age or above.

All bills are included in the rental price - gas, electricity, water, Council Tax, TV License, broadband.

The house has a large kitchen/diner equipped with an oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washer dryer, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery, pots, pans and cooking utensils. I have a full time cleaner who, on a weekly basis, cleans all the shared areas within the house, my friendly team also fully maintain the house and private garden. On-street parking is available, a parking permit is required

The bedroom is fully furnished with a comfortable bed, a bedside cabinet, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair. There is a TV point in the room.
