I am a private live-out landlord with a top floor single room, and a top floor double ensuite room (available for single occupancy only) available to rent in my house in Barlow Close, Hatfield, within walking distance of Hatfield Business Park.

The rooms are available to a professional(s) or mature student(s) aged 25 years of age or above.

All bills are included in the rental price - gas, electricity, water, Council Tax, TV License, broadband.

The house has a large kitchen/diner equipped with an oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washer dryer, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery, pots, pans and cooking utensils. I have a full time cleaner who, on a weekly basis, cleans all the shared areas within the house, my friendly team also fully maintain the house and private garden. On-street parking is available, a parking permit is required

Room 1 Top Floor Single Room
The bedroom is fully furnished with a comfortable bed, a bedside cabinet, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair. There is a TV point in the room.

Room 2 Top Floor Double Ensuite Room (single occupancy only)
The bedroom is fully furnished with a comfortable double bed, a bedside cabinet, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair. . There is a TV point in the room. The ensuite has a shower, toilet and washbasin in it.
