Double Room With Shower Room

i have a double room to let in my house complete with shower . i currently have 2 other sets of lodgers in the house plus myself. it comes with all bills paid providing no excessive use or wastage of ges elec is used. it is a downstairs room and has its own shower room with an electric shower toilet and basin. the house has a further 5 bedroom s so its quite a big house. i dont rent to students so please do not contact if you are one. its a clean house and i try to keep it that way .
