Looking for 1 female housemate contact

Hi, we are looking for one female housemate to rent a single room in a 4 bedroom house, available from the 1st september 2014. This is a large, well finished house with it's own private garden and 2 bathrooms. The room is not huge but it is fully furnished. The rest of the house has a large and comfortable living area, spacious kitchen and there is plenty of storage room. The house is a 10 minute walk to de hav, around 15 mins to college lane and less then a minute from the Galleria! hope to hear from you soon.
