There is parking for your car (IF you drive) and a driveway. The Internet between everyone each month only cost £5 a month too. The bedroom that is for rent is the biggest room in the house with everything in there that you would need, for example a large desk, wardrobe ect.

15mins from a lovely pub and the local petrol station, and 10mins from the supermarket and a few take away fast food places all in the same area (bishops rise, the long road that is off of Garden Avenue).
