I’m a private landlord with a spacious double room ready to rent from 18/4/18. This room is only available to professionals. We pay all bills including council tax, utilities and tv license. The house has a large kitchen / diner with, oven, fridge freezer, washing machine and microwave. The bedroom is fully furnished with a comfortable bed, large wardrobe and bedside cabinet.
