We are looking for 4th person to join us as a tenant from mid-september for 10 months. The house is located very close to ASDA and local shops (next to swimming pool) and within walking distance to deHavilland campus.
The house has a very nice furnished living room and a very decent kitchen with appliances. There is a bathroom and a separate wc. Four bedrooms, rear garden. The overall standard of the house is quite good.
The tenancy agreement is to be signed through the estate agent.
We are a group of friends looking for someone to join us! Preferably non-smoking.
