One spacious single room available in a three bedroom house. The address is 27 Shallcross Cresent. It is a ten minute walk from the Forum on the college lane campus. House has two second year irish boys who are very clean and friendly tht study radioraphy. The house has 3 bedrooms and one study room. The room to let is the only room with a single bed so it has been agreed that this tenant gets the previously small bedroom which has been renovated into a study room to compromise. The house was completely renovated last year and so is in very good condition with all modern appliances. There is a kitchen and living room separated by an island and a sitting room with a leather couch. It also has a big back garden with a porch for those summer BBQ's. Parking available in surrounding area. Bills are separate to the rent which is £380. The house is available from 7th of September for 10 months until the 6th of July 2015.
