Hi, I have a 'PAL (Gold Member) accredited' house 10 minutes from the College Lane campus and well situated for the town center, its a 5 bedroom student property. Recently re-fitted Kitchen/Breakfast room (15'2 x 14'7'') with cooker, fridge/freezer, washing machine and microwave. Shower room refurbished September 2019 for new term. Separate W. C. Gas central heating with new boiler November 2019. British Gas Homecare Insurance for boiler, heating, electrics and plumbing. UPVC double glazing. HMO licensed (inspected 2018) with hardwired smoke detectors, emergency lighting and self closing fire doors. EPC D. Multiple public parking spaces to front of house. I will have one room available (shown as bedroom 5 in the advert pictures) at £340 pcm for 12 mth contract including Wifi but excluding all other bills. All bedrooms were redecorated last year and new mattresses provided to all bedrooms. Room will be have paintwork refreshed before new tenancy. References from current landlord or guarantor required.
