Various single and double rooms available in a shared house in Hatfield. Less than ten mins walk from security gates at the back of the College Lane Campus and 25 mins from De Havilland Campus.

I am a private landlord and do not charge any administration fees. I am also a member of the National Landlords Association with over 7 years experience at renting to students.

The rooms follow. As standard there is a single bed with mattress, desk, chair and wardrobe. The 2 large rooms have large built-in wardrobes. Most rooms have a chest of drawers too.

The house has a modern kitchen with a dining table, chairs & free standing appliances including cooker, microwave, washing machine & fridge/freezer.

Upstairs there is a bathroom with shower cubicle and basin. The WC is separate.

There are gardens front and back and on-road parking outside the property.
